Synopsis

A grimdark fantasy novel following the life of an orphaned nobody that came from nothing, and his struggle to survive. Eventually, he meets a powerful mage and beloved princess who help him slowly find peace, while he opens their eyes on the injustices of a system that has done nothing but serve them.

It contains the dark, comedic, violent, romantic, mystical, mundane, political and fantastical elements of all lives.

For fans of Game of Thrones, The Witcher, The First Law, or the Castlevania TV show, but it doesn’t try to be anything besides itself.

Content Warning

This novel contains graphic descriptions of violence, heavy profanity, illicit substances, child endangerment, scenes of torture, and suicidal ideations. There is no sexual violence.

For purposes of tone, if Lord of the Rings is a 1 and Game of Thrones is a 10, this rests around a 7.
